She is survived by: her parent Ola Ione Shue Staley; her husband Winfred "W. D." Smith; her son Dale Smith (Kathy); her grandchildren, Heather Gerringer, Josh Wright, Grady Smith (Makayla), Hayley Wrenn and Heath Wrenn; her great grandchildren, Shaylee Jones, Avery Wright, Donte Hall, Holden Wright, Hayden Wrenn, Landon Wright and Paislee Wrenn; and her sister Mary Kivett.
