He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Edwaard Fisher, Sr. and Daisy Tarlton Fisher; his daughter Wanda Gail Fisher Love; and his brothers, Les Fisher and Steve Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ingram Fisher; his daughters, Karen Fisher Christy of Kannapolis, Connie Fisher Rummel (Hank) of Kannapolis and Deana Fisher Smith of Cleveland; and his brother Phil Fisher (Judy) of Concord. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
