He is survived by: his children, Devonda Johnson (Untrell), Lori Ann Fortson South and Billy; his grandchildren, Alicia Ramirez (Yaisa), Stephanie and Steven Cureton of Kannapolis, NC; and his sibling's children, Donald O. Fortson, Carla Carson of Kannapolis, NC, Paula Robinson (Oliver) of Kannapolis, NC and Anita Johnston of Kannapolis, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
