She was predeceased by: her parents, Oss Overcash and Ruth Overcash; her husbands, Charles Junior Murray and Clifford Rankin Helms Sr.; her children, Charles Dewey Murray and Carolyn Ruth Helms; and her siblings, Helen Russell, Fayne Laney and Leon Overcash.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford R. Helms Jr. and Diane Scott (Greg); her grandchildren, Brandi H. Stallans (Nick), Chaley Hopson (Steven), Bryan Scott (Francie), Brent Murray and Candice Hill (Scott); and her sister Peggy Jo Puckett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
