He was predeceased by: his son Jermaine Bell. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn C. Redfern; his stepdaughter Shaquan E. East; his sons, Ervin Charles Glover of Salisbury, Michael Reeves (Crystal) of Concord, Corey Redfern (Jerona) of Concord and Charles William Redfern (Melvina) of Concord; his grandchildren, Marquetta, Teliea, Jakiyah, Jermaine Jr., Shadaesya, Xavier, Reyonna, Devynn, Corey, Marcel, Carmen, Jaylen, Mariah, Serenity, Cash, Jasmine and Justice; his great grandchildren, Jersey, Avah and Azaiah; and his siblings, Donald Ray Redfern (Margaret), Douglas Redfern (Rosie), Joyce Ann Redfern (Martin) and Angela Flowe (Avery).
