He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene L. Scoggins and Ellie Lou Collins Scoggins; his wife Lynda Lou Scoggins; his brothers, A. Jackson Scoggins, Robert L. Scoggins and Ronnie M. Scoggins; his nephew Glenn E. Ferguson; and his niece Amber Jo Scoggins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Madeline E. Carroll, Paul A. Scoggins, Lynda S. McDaniel and Timothy K. Scoggins (Donna T. Scoggins).
