She is survived by : her children, Randy Joe Rigsby (Shannon) of China Grove and Jamie Rigsby Owens of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Taylor Strother, Jayden Strother and Austin Rigsby; her stepsons, Shelby Rigsby of Statesville and Dale Rigsby, Jr. of China Grove; and her siblings, Terry Shipley of Rivesville, WV, Steve Toth of Cleveland, OH, Sue Stuck of Fairmont, WV, Helena Gundich of Cleveland, OH and Rebecca Cox of The Plains, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
