She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert Overcash and Rosa Elizabeth Spry Overcash; her stepson Norman Curtis Goodnight; and her siblings, Ruby Mae Overcash Beaver, Dorothy Lee Overcash, James Herman Motley, Daniel Wertz Overcash and Raymond Alexander Overcash.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Goudes of Kannapolis and Randy William Goodnight of China Grove.
