He is survived by: his mother Floy Gertrude Brooks; his wife Pat Washburn; his sons, Jason Washburn of Concord, NC, Matthew Washburn of Kannapolis, NC and Josh Washburn of Charlotte, NC.; his sister Trudy Smith; his daughters-in-law, Phet and Holley; and his grandchildren, Shayna, Noah, Nick, Maddox and Lia.
