She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vander Campbell and Faye Myrtle Davis Campbell; her husband David Ray Blake; and her brothers, Junior, Jimmy, Jesse, Johnny and Jerry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Blake, Tiffany Morris (Todd) and Stacie Blake Milam; her grandchildren, Brittany Carr (Dustin), Matthew Morris, Christian Setzer and Serenity Milam; her great grandchildren, Jaxson Carr, Everlee Carr and Eliza Carr; and her brother Jay Campbell (Barbara).
