He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin Parham and Annie Ruth Gentry Parham; his wife Ellen Measmer Parham; his children, Crystal Parham Thomas, Danny and Michael; and his grandson Michael Lee.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Love of Kannapolis and Terry Parham of China Grove; his girlfriend JoAnn Gamble; his children, Jackie Parham and April Parham Shehorn; his son-in-law Jimmy; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Jeremy, Amanda, Brandi, Jessee and Abbie. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
