He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Salamanchuk and Annie Salamanchuk; his brother Mark Salamanchuk; his son Roger Sutton; and his grandson Joshua Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Margie "Sally" Salamanchuk; his daughters, Sherry Porter, Carlena Sutton and Lisa Honeycutt (Tony); his grandchildren, Amber Taylor, Mathew Porter, Kearson Giglio (Michael), Taylor Aldridge, Samantha Norris (Shawn), Frankie McQuery and Star Campbell (Joe); and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
