William Leroy Higgins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2020, at the age of 76, William Leroy Higgins of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Leroy Higgins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harley Higgins and Lillie Mae Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson Higgins; his children, Michael Higgins (Cindy), Kenneth Hollman (Lisa), Jeffery Hollman (Leigh), Sonia Deranger, Kathy Nance (Jeff), Donna Miller and Kim Barron; and his sister Betty Smith. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID and for the safety of others, there will be no service for Bill at this time.
