She is survived by: her husband Charles Douglas Lewis of Kenly; her sons, Charles Brent Lewis of Kenly and Douglas Brant Lewis of Smithfield; her daughter-in-law Sarah Henderson Lewis; her grandchildren, Hannah, James and Charlie; and her brother Robert Ray Shearon of Raleigh.
