He is survived by: his wife Robin Johnson; his children, Virginia Augusta Johnson, Sarah Lynn Johnson, Devin Golden, Codie Shepard, Becky Lynn Johnson, Carolyn Johnson and Michael Kelly; and his brothers, Billy Cook, Sr. and Johnny Mack Johnson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
