It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Joanne Jones Evans (Kenly, North Carolina), born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Frank Jones and Peggy Pearce Jones; and her former life partner James Relmer Evans. She is survived by : her children, Chris Evans and Shane Evans (Miranda); her grandson Brandon Evans (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Draven Evans, Sophia Evans and Sydney Evans; her fiancé Robert Gordon; and her brother Ronnie Jones (Patrice).
