He is survived by: his father Fred Sizemore; his wife Tammy Sizemore; his children, Ryan (Megan), Lee and Shana (Cody); his siblings, Gary and Joyce (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Brenda. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
