He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Luther and Mary Perry Wright; and his brothers, David Wright and Garland Lee Wright. He is survived by: his children, Dana Wright and Daniel Wright; his granddaughter Danasia Hammond; his siblings, Roger Wright (Pamula Lynn), Nellie Swaim and Robert Wright (Teresa); and his pet Lupe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, no formal services will be held.
