He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Labiak and Jessie Day Labiak; his wife Cathy Funk; his son Joe Labiak (Heather) of Winston-Salem; his daughter-in-law Holly Labiak of Carolina Beach; his grandchildren, Peyton and Reagan Labiak; his brother-in-law Gerald Funk; his son David Labiak; and his siblings, Jackie Labiak and Chuck Labiak.
