He was predeceased by : his parents, Calvin Clark and Frances Hite Owens. He is survived by : his wife Charlene McDaniel Owens; his sons, William Owens (Christa) and Samuel Owens; his granddaughter Emersyn Mae Owens; his sister Kara Rich (Eddie); and his niece Jessica Cosgriff (Joe). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
