She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bourne and Annie Taylor Bourne; her former husband Thomas Foster; her husband Roger Glenn Cook; her son Roger Glenn Cook, Jr.; and her brother Ray Bourne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennie Robertson of Kernersville, Penny Foster of Kernersville, Kristin Cook of Walkertown and Teresa Hogan (Timothy) of Hinesville, GA.; her siblings, Billy Bourne, Peggy Ashburn and Myrtle "Patricia" Allen; and her grandchildren, Roberto, Alan, Melissa, Jessica, Jerry and Johnny, Jr.. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kernersville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel (530 Dobson St, Kernersville, NC 27284).
