He is survived by: his wife Betty Davis Campbell; his children, Ray Randall Campbell (Julia) of Newton, NC and Kelley Wittmann (Chris) of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan Wittmann, Tye Wittmann and Miranda Campbell; his siblings, Jim Campbell (Jan) of Phoenix, AZ, Nancy Pifer of Columbus, OH and Avis Campbell of Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Davis and Gail Cunningham of Bristol, TN..
