He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley I Jones Jr. and Lane Hodgin Jones; his brother Barry Jones; and his stepmother Doris Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Ingram Jones; his daughter Andrea Jones (Austin Jones) of Charlotte; and his sisters, Robin Woods (Joe) and Debbie Jones of Kernersville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Grove Baptist Church - Oak Ridge (5424 Union Grove Rd, Oak Ridge, NC 27310).
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to the American Lung Association NC at 401 Hawthorne Lane, Suite 110 #298, Charlotte, NC, United States, North Carolina in honor of Wess.
