Woodard, Jr.; her children, Carolyn Wakeley of Kitty Hawk, NC, Yvonne Bason of Virginia Beach, VA, Winston Woodard and Mac Woodard of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Kenan, Rachel Fucci, Benjamin Tillet-Wakeley, Stephen Harris, Evie Schneider, Woody Harris, Jonathan Tetterton, Jason Tetterton, Shelby Woodard and Cayla Woodard; and her brother Charles Browning of Suffolk, VA. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
