She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Clyde Weatherford and Kathleen Hinds Weatherford; her siblings, Walter Clyde Weatherford, Jr., Martha Jane Radakovich, Virginia Beu, Kathie York and Betty Griffin; and her aunt Virginia Hinds.

She is survived by : her husband Tom Hartman; her son McKenney (Heather); her grandchildren, Laura, Haley and Heath of Cape Carteret, NC; her son Ed (Pat); her grandchildren, Harvey and Mercer of Wilmington, NC; her son Patrick (Shannon); her grandchildren, Brennan and Gavan of Farmville, NC; and her brother George Weatherford (Martha) of Ft. Wayne, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's honor can be made to the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church Scholarship Fund or Outreach Committee or the charity of your choice.
