She was predeceased by : her parents, Davis Garfield Bowman and Manie Anne Puckett Bowman; her stepmother Nellie Sawyers Bowman; her siblings, Violet Marshall and Leo Bowman; and her half-brother Michael Bowman.
She is survived by : her husband Roger Shore; her children, Revonda Burton, Shelia Kiger (Michael) and Roger Shore, Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Khriste Petree (Jason), Andrew Kiger (Christina), Nathan Kiger (Megan), Thomas Kiger, Janna Kiger Joyce (Josh), Zachary Shore, Molly Nienhuis (James) and Isaac Shore (Kenzie Allred); her great grandchildren, Noah Petree, Revonda Gail Petree, Sidney Bess Petree, Israel Petree and Levi Kiger; her sister Geneva Burroughs; and her half-siblings, Latonna Bowman (Gene Arnold) and Billy Bowman (Carolyn).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Doe Run Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, 903 Doe Run Rd., Ararat, VA 24053.
