He was predeceased by : his parents, James Garfield Pruitt and Lola Carter Pruitt; and his sister Hazel Trivette. He is survived by : his wife Ann Pruitt; his daughter Joyce Jones (Larry); his granddaughter Tabitha Gordy (Josh); his great grandchild Carter Gordy; his siblings, Betty Miller, Jean Whitaker, Joe, Frank and Wade Pruitt; and his siblings-in-law, James Calhoun and Colene Collins.
