He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnnie Holt Ferguson and Irene Stiller Ferguson; and his former life partner Diane Bremer Ferguson. He is survived by : his daughter Theresa (Trent Gatewood) of Advance; his wife Barbara; his son Scott Ferguson (Jill) of Houston; his stepchildren, Brian Pate, Ashley Lunsford (Ernie) and Kevin Pate; his sister Cheryl Ferguson (Ray Tuegel) of Capella; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Danielle, Sydney, Ella, John and Timothy.
