She was predeceased by : her father Marty Linfred Sands; her sister April Sands; and her grandparents, Lester Junior, Norma Jean Sands and Sanford Shady Barneycastle.

She is survived by : her mother Judy Barneycastle Sands; her children, Taylor Lynnette Ashley and Tristen Marty Sands; her grandparents, Gordon "Pops" and Janice Easter Tilley; her sister Amber Sands; her nephew Luke Sands of Montana; her aunt Patty Shelton; her friends, Steven Hurd and Jason Barneycastle; and her pets, Lola and Emma. She is also survived by six uncles; and four aunts.
