She is survived by : her daughters, Terry Butner Samuels of Winston-Salem and Karen Butner Dew of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Jaime Butner, Suzanne Smith, Karrah Durham, Taylor Durham and Sterling Dew; and her great grandchildren, Jaren and Peyton Smith.
