He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Rhea and Madge Wright Rhea; and his wife Deloris "Tencie" Eubanks Rhea.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Central Methodist Church (113 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
