She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jack" Claude Millen and Sarah Eliza Hudspeth; her husband J. B. Weaver; her son Brad Grice; and her siblings, Kathryn Millen Aughtry and Tommie P. Millen.

She is survived by: her brother Dennis Byers (Sylvia); her granddaughters, Stephanie Grice Howes (Matt) and Nicole Grice; her niece Suzanne Whitten (Jim); and her pet Missy.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gaston Memorial Park (2205 Williamsburg Dr, Gastonia, NC 28054).
