She was predeceased by: her parents, Berkley Lee and Celia Malpass Lee Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Vester Bell (Nita) of Kinston and Jack A. Bell (Mary) of Stella; her grandchildren, Kari Bell Huggins (Glenn), Lindsay Bell Jones, LaDonna Bell Harbertson (Mark), Nathan Berkley Bell (Stephanie), Lauren Bell Jensen (Josh), Sawyer Phillips Bell and Coleman Bell Becton; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jack "Dylan" Cade, Maren, Rowe, June Jones, Lonna, Bryce Harbertson, Cora, Lukas, Hunter Bell, Ozkar, Maia, Siena, Sabastian Jensen and Carter Becton; and her brother Homer L. Carter.
