He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Joseph Ruggiero, Sr. and Julia Fatalo Ruggiero; and his sister Maryann Ruggiero. He is survived by : his wife Anne Gordon Ruggiero of Kinston; and his daughters, Amy Ruggiero and Bethany Ruggiero of Durham.

There will be no visitation prior to the funeral or afterward gatherings due to COVID restrictions and safety guidelines.
