It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Murphy (Kinston, North Carolina), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Rieves Moore, Jr. and Georgina Mary Gordon Moore; her husband James F. Murphy; her daughter Laura Murphy Stewart; her grandchildren, Gabriel Aaron Stewart of Wilmington, NC, Skyler Paige Stewart (Reed Kimbrell) of Whitsett, NC and Colin Reed Stewart; and her brother John Robert Moore (Jane) of Florida.
