It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Heath (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ray and Lucille Skinner Heath; his siblings, Gray, Eddie, Doug and Ann Taylor; and his friends, Sam, Pete and Bud Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his son Billy Jr. (Fabiola Heath); his stepchildren, Jennifer Panichelli and Corey (April Panichelli); his grandchildren, Sophia and Matthew Heath; his stepgrandson Tyson Panichelli; his brother Ken (Betty Heath); and his brother-in-law Emmett Taylor. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
