It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cindy Jones Horton (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on February 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Craig; her daughters, Rebekkah Simon (Chad) and Ashely Fultz (Jeff); her grandchildren, Addie Marie Simon, Craig-Allen Simon, Keegan Fultz and Jordan Fultz; and her sister Mary Hardy (Billy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
