It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Baker of Kinston, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rivers Baker; her parents, Ashley Bradshaw and Ada Sumrell Bradshaw; and her siblings, Robert Bradshaw, Herbert Bradshaw, Jimmy Bradshaw, Cecil Bradshaw, Mary Alice Beaman, Martha Haab and Doris Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Debra King (Keith Ipock) of Kinston, Sandra Rouse of Kinston, Kenneth Baker (Nancy) of Kinston and Mike Braswell (Joan) of Newport; her grandchildren, Ryan Taylor (Amy), Jeffrey Braswell (Josie), Kasey Rouse and Kelly Butler (Turner); her great grandchildren, Avery Taylor, Briley Taylor, Coleman Taylor and Jack Braswell; and her sister Hazel Marie Sult.
