He is survived by: his children, James Christopher Foyles of Garner, NC and Amy Nicole Foyles Lingg (Jeff); his grandchildren, Chase Lingg of Holly Ridge, NC and Chance Lingg of Holly Ridge, NC; his mother Joyce Foyles Wilson of Kinston, NC; and his siblings, Buck Foyles (Rose) of Kinston, NC, Howard Foyles (Barbara) of Kinston, NC, Nelson Foyles (Jeannie) of Kinston, NC, Nicky Foyles (Jennifer) of La Grange, NC and Teresa Foyles Stroud (Dwayne) of Snow Hill, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
