Banner; his children, James Michael Banner of Portland, OR, Garrett Matthew Banner (Mandi) of Jacksonville, NC, Jodee Marie Bastani (Dannesh) of Anchorage, AK, Kathryn MyKell of Anchorage, AK and Andrew Crawford of Farmington, MN; his brother Jim Lee Banner (Xiaojuan) of Wasilla, AK; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Cullen and Bowen; his mother-in-law Eunice Massengill; his brother-in-law Jason Massengill (Carey); his niece Emma Massengill; and his pets, Buck, Jack, Gus Gus and Scuffy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
