It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nolan Snyder (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on August 11, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Parris Snyder; his children, Adam Snyder (Emily) of Raleigh, Lowell West of Apex and Kim Taylor (Andy) of Enka Candler; his stepdaughter Sonia Haigler Burkett (Steve) of Kinston; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Snyder, Fiona Snyder, Delaney West, Harper West, Willow West, Cole Taylor, Logan Taylor, Charles R. Burkett II, Madison Burkett, Lauren Burkett, Jaylen Burkett and Christopher Burkett; and his siblings, Audrey Lowe, Naomi Shipley, Chester Snyder, Donald Snyder and Glenn Snyder.
He had a strong faith in God which carried him through the last several years battling Alzheimer's.
