In the sacred silence of farewell, Patricia McGown is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill McGown and Sue McGown; her husband Rocky; and her brother Bill McGown Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Chused (Paul) and Jim Rockenhauser (Sandy); and her sister Nancy McFeely (Jerry). She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster United Methodist Church (1001 Westminster Ln, Kinston, NC 28501).
