She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse R. Frizzelle and Mandie S. Frizzelle; and her siblings, Marshall Frizzelle and Ida F. Skaggs. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Davenport of Kinston; her daughter Jewel D. Eason (John) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Charleigh E. Funderburk (David) of Wake Forest, Ashleigh E. Eason (Jakub Čunát) of Raleigh and John Derek Eason II of Wake Forest; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Olivia, Emmeline, Abigail, Elizabeth and Kaitlyn; her sisters, Shirley F. Hamm of Lenoir County and Jessie F. Hawkins of Lenoir County; and her sisters-in-law, Mary D. Smith, Becky D. Hardison and Deborah D. Owens of Deep Run. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
