He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Rouse; his son Justin Rouse (Heather); his grandchild Kamden; his daughter Melissa Mitchell (Michelle Mitchell); and his grandson Hunter Whitaker (Jessica). He is also survived by two children and two grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
