He was predeceased by: his parents, Colleen Smith Mann and Larose Mann; his brothers, Larose Maxwell Mann and Larose Allen Mann; his grandparents, Pender of Broad Creek, Lela Smith of Broad Creek, Glenn of Broad Creek and Eva Adams of Broad Creek; his uncles, Pender N. Smith, Preston Mann and Marlin Adams; and also Dixie Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sabrina Mann Allen of Broad Creek and Maurice Mann (Loretta) of Maysville; his uncles, Randolph "Jackie" Smith (Brenda) of Selma, Dean C. Smith of Broad Creek, Clemon Smith of Morehead City and Ned Smith of Greenville; his aunt Cheryl Smith Adkins (Don) of Newport; his nieces, Tracy Mann Adams of Texas and Tabitha Allen Maruca of Tennessee; and his nephew Jasper Mann of Maysville.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
