She was predeceased by: her parents, Isham Watkins, Jr. and Jean Price Watkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Watkins Sowers (Charles) and Gary F. Watkins (Maxine); her siblings' children, Deanna Leigh Jenkins (Brandon), Melissa Dawn Southerland (Philip), David Charles Sowers (Brandee) and Gary F. Watkins, Jr. (Sunshine); and her fiancés, Steve Humphrey, Tina, Diane and Laurel. She is also survived by three great-nieces; four great-nephews.
