He is survived by: his wife Marie Raney; and his children, Debbie Davis (Richard) of Wilmington, Donna Taylor (Jon) of Wilmington, Lynne Hill (Jay) of Kinston, Tammy Worley (Chris) of Kinston, Stuart Raney, Jr. of Winterville, Billy Raney (Kelly) of Manteo and Stephen Raney (Kate).
