He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Walter, Mary Lee Stroud, Willard and Mavis Jarman; his wife Vicky Jarman Stroud; his parents, William Stroud Sr. and Brenda Stroud of Newport; his children, Jennifer Hughes (Marshall) of Kinston, Valerie Stroud, Fiancé John Whitehead of Kinston and Brandon Stroud; his grandchildren, Chandler Hughes, Hayden Hughes, Denver Whitehead, Aeralyn Stroud and Kinleigh Stroud; and his sisters, Lori Corbett of Jonesboro, AR and Lisa Bitts of Havelock.
