He is survived by : his pet Willie; his siblings, Sharon Carroll of Nags Head, NC and Todd Owens (Kim) of Jarvisburg, NC; his sister-in-law Beth Owens of Virginia Beach, VA; his nieces, Brittney Smrdel, Jessica Ballance of North Carolina, Ashley Mclaughlin, Lauren Owens and Grace Owens of Virginia Beach, VA; and his nephew Brian Owens of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by friends, extended family.
