It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Eugene Earp of Knightdale, North Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gordon and Nellie Lovelace Earp; his wife Patricia Ann Goettee Earp; and his former wife Lillian Bunn Earp. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Rennard (Tommy) of Knightdale, Leslie Bolick (Dale) of Wendell, Donna Cronin (Tommy) of Knightdale, Ray Edwards (Patsy) of Wendell and Joe Edwards (Taunia) of Wendell; his brother Kenny Earp; his grandchildren, Shannon Redd (Hurley), Timmy Rennard (Hannah), Kristen Bolick, Jacob Edwards (Phoebe), Joe Edwards, Jr., Trey Cronin, Brittany Edwards, Delaney Cronin and Jackson Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Rennard, Elizabeth Redd, Everleigh Redd, Jace Edwards and Tabernacle Baptist Church.
